Understanding Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs can hinder personal growth and happiness
Examples:

  • Money doesn’t grow on trees

  • I have to work hard

  • Sacrifice is necessary for success

  • People need to like me

  • I have to earn love

  • Love hurts

  • I am not enough

  • I am too old / young / fat / tired

Course Overview

  • Format: 1 preparation class followed by 8 meditation classes

  • Dates: Wednesdays

  • Time: 6 PM - 7 PM Pacific (Zoom access opens at 5:55 PM)

  • Location: Zoom online platform

  • Attendance: Mandatory (Classes will be recorded)

Class Structure

Each session is carefully structured to facilitate your growth and expansion:

  • Beginning: Insights and information to aid your inner connection

  • Middle: Guided, focused meditation

  • End: Q&A and weekly homework assignments

2. Raising Your Vibration

·       Tools for maintaining peace during challenges

·       Homework: Meditation, breath work, expansion exercises

3. Building Trust with Intentions

·       Using intention to nurture loving energy

·       Homework: Meditation, breath work, setting various intentions

4. Opening Your Inner Door

·       Exploring your mind and inner being's messages

·       Homework: Meditation, breath work, daily practice through introspection

5. Working with Your Inner Self

·       Developing awareness and understanding thought processes

·       Homework: Meditation, breath work, inner dialogue exercises

6. Mind Harnessing for Peace

·       Techniques for calming the mind

·       Homework: Meditation, breath work, managing mental chatter

7. Utilizing Heart and Love for Intuition

·       Integrating heart chakra and third eye practices

·       Homework: Meditation, breath work, act of letting go

8. Clearing Limiting Beliefs

·       Identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs

·       Homework: Meditation, breath work, self-awareness exercises

9. Assistance from Your Inner Being

·       Further exploration and assistance from your inner self

·       Homework: Meditation, breath work, continued awareness
